Lift something heavy, lift something lighter for a pump, then get your heart rate up and improve your work capacity with the workout below.
Workout
Do 7 swings, 7 pushups, 7 rows, then 6 of eahc, then 5 of each. That’s one round, rest 1-2 min then do it for 5 total rounds. Use a heavy bell or do a double kettlebell swing if you don’t have access to heavy bells. Alternatively, join a real gym that has heavy weight :)
