This workout is just going to be a quick pump. It came up in my memories as a hotel workout i did a couple years ago. You could however do it at anytime. Perform the workout either with a time domain like a 10-15 min AMRAP or do 4-5 Rounds.
Modifiers: Swap Chin-ups for inverted rows if they’re too difficult. You could do pushups from the knees, on a bench, whatever. You could also sub in dips if pushups are too easy or use different grips for pushups each set: close grip, hands turned in, planche grip, wide grip, on knuckles, tiger bend pushups, hindu pushups, or whatever variation gets the juices flowing for you.
The Workout
A1. Chin up x 5
A2. Pushup x 10
A3. DB Bench Run the Rack
Run the Rack: Start with the lightest dumbbells and hit up to 12 reps. Then gou p to the next dumbbells. Keep going up until you can’t hit atleast 6 reps.
