Single Arm Swing + Clean + Snatch
x 5,4,3,2,1 rest 1 min and do 3 Rounds
Example: do 5 single arm swings, then 5 cleans with that arm, then 5 snatches, then switch arms and do 5 of each of those with that arm. Then do 4 with the arm you started with then switch. Then 3 each.... Etc
You can start lighter for the sets of 5, 4, and 3 then increase weight for the doubles or singles, or keep straight weight if you’re not focused on building strength with these movements.
