I like using 40/20 intervals for any circuits that involve weights. The point of this session isn’t to totally smoke you, the heart rate shouldn’t be super high. Grease the groove with solid movement and move as much as possible for these 40 second intervals.
40 sec on and 20 sec rest for 3 Rounds
A1. Kettlebell Swing
A2. Alternating Kettlebell Overhead Press
A3. Gorilla Row
A4. Farmers Carry
A5. Hollow Rocks
Want more WD-40 in your joints? Widen the stance on the swings, turn the KB Overhead presses into seesaw presses and rotate the trunk more, and do more of a cross body motion with the row.
