I’m yet again raising money for Movember this year. The goal is to raise $2000 this month! You can help by donating here and/or participate in some of the challenges we have going on all month.
What I’m doing to raise money and awareness:
Posting daily about Movember on social media all month
Donating 100% of new client revenue (not profit, Revenue) this month
Donating all profit from Merch & product sales all month
60 pushup challenge donating up to $500
Matching up to $500 of donations
Donating $25 for every client that grows a mustache
Growing my mustache and asking for donations every single time somebody comments on it (relentless with this one)
60 Pushups in Memory of the 60 Men that Commit Suicide Every Hour Around the World
Only until November 10th I will be donating money if you like, comment, share, or participate in the 60 Pushup challenge (details below).

I will donate $0.25 for every person that likes the Instagram post below.
$0.25 for every person that comments on the Instagram post below.
$0.25 for every person that shares it on their story and tags 3 friends.
$1.00 for every person that does the 60-pushup challenge and posts it on their story and tags integritperformance.
Can’t do 60 pushups? Do them from the knees or an incline. Break up the sets if you need to and do:
3 sets of 20
4 sets of 15
5 sets of 12
6 sets of 10
10 sets of 6
12 sets of 5
